Cafe Even has started its journey in 2008 to serve the healtiest and the most tasteful goodies ever. Our goal is to make authentic Turkish pastries, using as many local ingredients as possible. Our belief is to let quality natural ingredients speak for themselves. We make all of our products homemade, using the finest fresh ingredients with no artifical flavors, margarine, chemicals or preservatives added. Our customers can taste the 'butter' difference. A majority of our pastries are purposefully made low-sugar and low-sodium as dictated by our clientele who do not want sugar-overloaded pastries.
